PRE-TEAM PROGRAM

 Training will focus on strength and flexibility, as well as perfecting basic skills and body shaping; Practices will be 1-2 times per week for 2 hours each practice; Girls will not participate in competitions; Tim Madore will be leading our Pre-Team Program.

XCEL PROGRAM

 Xcel Levels include Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond; Practices will be 2-4 times per week for 2-4 hours each practice (depending on the level); Sherry Harper will be leading our Xcel Program.

JUNIOR OLYMPICS PROGRAM

 J.O. Levels include 1-7; Practices will be 2-4 times per week for 2-4 hours each practice (depending on the level); Nora Thompson will be leading our J.O. Program.
