Southern NH Gymnastics Academy fields teams in the Women's Development Program (WDP) [formerly known as Junior Olympic (JO)] and the Xcel Program. SNHGA also fields an in-house Pre-Team. Gymnasts interested in competing may either attend Open Tryouts in the spring or setup a private workout with one of our coaches. All private tryouts must be arranged through SNHGA Management.

SNHGA competes at JO Team Levels 1-5. Practices range from 2-4 times per week for 2-4 hours each night depending on the level. Teams compete at travel competitions against other squads from around the state and region.
Nora Thompson will be leading our J.O. 1, 2 and 3;
Coryn Drown and Laurie Levassuer head up the J.O.4 & J.O.5 groups.
The Xcel Program is an alternative USA Gymnastics competitive program offering individual flexibility to coaches and gymnasts. The goal of Xcel is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience.
