Southern NH Gymnastics Academy offers preschool and school-age recreational gymnastic classes for boys and girls ages 18 months to 18 years. Students will have the opportunity to test their skills on all the traditional Olympic events under the guidance of a qualified instructor. Rolling sessions run in 8-week intervals concurrently throughout the year. Reserve your spot today!
Tumbling is a form of gymnastics that doesn't require using all the equipment. Instead, skills are primarily learned on the floor and trampolines and include rolls, cartwheels, flips, handsprings, tucks and handstands. Tumbling classes are a great option for cheerleaders or dancers looking to grow their skills. Classes are offered at the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
Southern NH Gymnastics Academy currently fields competitive teams in the Junior Olympic (JO) and Xcel Programs as well as an in-house Pre-Team. Gymnasts looking to try out for one of our teams may either attend Open Tryouts in the spring or setup a private workout with one of our team coaches. Note: All private tryouts must be arranged through SNHGA Management.

The SNHGA Coaching Staff brings a vast amount experience and knowledge to our gym! Many of our coaches were former competitive gymnasts or have served as team coaches over the years! All of our coaches are dedicated to ensuring that your gymnast gets the training and encouragement they need to enjoy success in our program. All of our coaches must pass a rigorous background check. .
OPEN GYM is periodically held throughout the month and is open to both members and non-members of SNHGA.
PARENT'S NIGHT OUT is typically offered once/month on either a Friday or Saturday night and gives parents the opportunity for a night out by themselves!
