ABOUT OUR FACILITY

Southern New Hampshire Gymnastics Academy is located at 4 Orchard View Drive, Unit 11 just off Exit 4 of Interstate-93 in the heart of Londonderry, NH. We are part of the larger Apple Tree Mall, which features numerous shops and restaurants, adult fitness clubs, a grocery store (Shaw's), and more! The parking lot is well-lit with approximately 180 marked spaces, including handicapped accessible areas and walkways.

SNHGA operates in a 12,000+ square foot facility that features full men's and women's restrooms; a Main Office for customer check-in; a Pro Shop; as well as a spacious viewing area stocked with picnic tables, chairs, couches and a vending machine. The facility houses a central HVAC system with a rooftop unit ensuring consistent temperature and air quality in the space at all times.

SNHGA is fully equipped with the required apparatus for both men's and women's artistic gymnastics events, including a 42' x 54' cheer-size spring floor; a 40' long tumble track; three full vaulting systems complete with tables and springboards, a set of stall bars, five climbing ropes and a 10' x 17' full-size trampoline. For women's only events there are three sets of uneven bars, a single rail bar and 10 full-length balance beams (a mix of high & low). The men's side adds a horizontal bar (hi-bar), parallel bars, a pommel horse, two mushroom pommels and two sets of still rings.

A dedicated Preschool Area features smaller-sized versions of bars, beams, springboards training blocks, mats, etc. Additional equipment is often used for designing obstacle courses and circuits.
