CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY OR OTHER SPECIAL EVENT AT SNHGA!

NOTE: A minimum 2-week notice is required prior to booking a party at SNHGA.

PARTY INFO:

90 minutes total
It's recommended to have 60 minutes of gym time; 30 minutes of party time)

BOOKING SCHEDULE:

Weekends only September thru late June (no parties in July & August or on holiday weekends).
Saturday bookings at 1:00 PM & 3:30 PM
Sunday bookings at 10:30 AM, 1:00 PM & 3:30 PM

*Contact the SNHGA office if interested in alternative days.

COSTS:

$300 for up to 12 children
$345 for 13-15 children
$20 for each additional child over the first 15 attendees.
$50 to add on an extra 1/2 hour of gym time.

*Members receive a $25 discount on birthday party pricing.

**$50 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking to reserve date & time.

We will provide:

Dedicated party leader(s) in the gym
Non-themed paper products (table clothes, plastic ware, plates, napkins). You may also bring your own themed products if you desire!

You need to provide:

Birthday Child & Friends
Cake/Cupcakes
Ice Cream (if desired)
Pizza (if desired)
Drink Boxes/Water
Candles
Themed Decorations (if desired)

Policies:

Due to the high ceilings, helium balloons are not permitted.
The Parent/Guardian of each child in the gym will need to sign a waiver form.
All children will be required to follow the rules of the gym.
Parents of young children will be allowed to accompany their child into the gym, but may not use the gymnastics or tumbling equipment at any time.
Food is not permitted in the gym area.
Confetti is discouraged.
